futurebridge shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and futurebridge regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements.
